Not glamorous, but contacting the pharmacy is the change that helped most. Do it before the appointment, not during it.
Worth repeating that this is not medical advice and the answer often depends on who you are.
Half of what people describe as tolerance is a change in the underlying condition, and the two need different answers.
Ten percent cuts. Slower is faster.
Bring a list. Embarrassment makes everyone forget things, including you. Same for me with contacting the pharmacy, unfortunately.
Worth asking what specifically was measured. Pain scores move with mood and function does not.
The pain score conversation is thirty seconds of my life I will never get back, every time. Tolerance was my main issue with contacting the pharmacy too.
You are not imagining it and you are not being difficult. Document it and take the document in.
Ask for the longer appointment slot. Ten minutes is not enough for a complex history and pretending otherwise wastes both your time.
Access to mugs should be on the clinical questionnaire.
Sorry for the basic question, but how do you actually start one of these diaries?
