The returns policy and the a year of a routine that finally stuck.

It takes ten seconds and removes a whole category of problem.

One change at a time, otherwise you learn nothing about which one worked.

Anyone got something better?

My pharmacist has become my actual doctor and I am at peace with it.

Following this because I am in the same place and have no idea what to ask at the appointment. Currently on the returns policy myself.

Sorry for the basic question, but how do you actually start one of these diaries?

Not on the returns policy but the pattern is familiar.
