Checking a shortage properly rather than trusting the site about itself.

Read the returns policy before the product page. It tells you whether there is a back office.

Look the number up yourself. Never trust the number printed on the page.

Country is in the details, which I know matters.

Careful with attribution. You changed the timing, the dose and the season. That is three variables.

Reference ranges differ between labs, so comparing two reports is close to meaningless.

Everyone here blames the drug. Half the time it is the appointment schedule, not the molecule. Three weeks in on a shortage and it lines up.

Sleep first. Bad night, bad day, more symptoms. Fix that before changing anything else. Same for me with a shortage, unfortunately.

Changing prescriber does not reset anything, and people discover that the hard way.

The last ten percent of a taper takes as long as the first ninety. Nobody says so until you are in it. Three weeks in on a shortage and it lines up.

Worth asking what specifically was measured. Pain scores move with mood and function does not. Same for me with a shortage, unfortunately.

Half of what people describe as tolerance is a change in the underlying condition, and the two need different answers.

Is it normal to feel worse before better? Nobody told me that.
