Checking a supply chain problem properly rather than trusting the site about itself.
Check the registrar date. A privacy service created three months ago on a domain claiming twenty years is a contradiction.
Reverse image search the team page. It is usually stock photography.
Anything obvious I am missing?

Ask for the longer appointment slot. Ten minutes is not enough for a complex history and pretending otherwise wastes both your time.

Same shape here, different drug. The thing that helped was documenting the refusal rather than re-arguing it. They refer rather than write. Currently on a supply chain problem myself.
