The certificate image on the homepage is the part I trust least.

Most national lists are short. If they are not on it, that is the whole answer.

“Registered with” is doing an enormous amount of work in these sentences.

Look the number up yourself. Never trust the number printed on the page.

The register is the only thing that matters and the certificate image is decoration.

Does this match how you check it?

Ask for the longer appointment slot. Ten minutes is not enough for a complex history and pretending otherwise wastes both your time. Currently on a supply chain problem myself.

You are not imagining it and you are not being difficult. Document it and take the document in.
