Parcel arrived but with a La Poste sticker on the box and no explanation. Wondering what triggers that.
Photograph everything before you open it. It takes ten seconds and settles most disputes.
Filing the paperwork early is worth more than arguing later about whose fault it was.
Small, light and boring passes. Large, branded and interesting gets examined.
Any experience with the equivalent in another country would help.
