Australia Post has held my parcel for 37 days with no scan. Is that normal for this route or should I start the process?
Declarations that contradict the return address are the ones that get opened.
The reference number on the letter is the only way anyone will find the file again, so it goes in the subject line of everything.
Wondering whether my expectations are simply out of date.
