Trying to work out whether Canada is workable at the moment, because the rules I find online contradict each other.
Customs handling fees are charged by the carrier, not the state, which is why they are so hard to contest.
What changed my experience was splitting orders rather than ordering larger and less often.
The address matters more than the contents after a while, and nobody warns you about that.
Any experience with the equivalent in another country would help.
