Got a letter from the customs office about a parcel from Ireland. Reading it carefully before I do anything.
The bank blocking a payment is a completely different problem from the shop blocking it, and the fix is different.
The returns address and the contact address are often different and only one of them is a real building.
Anyone know the actual process rather than the folklore?

Everyone is an expert until the first seizure letter. Tolerance was my main issue with Ireland too.
