An inconclusive account is useful if it stops the next person mistaking a story for a controlled comparison.

Baseline first. Not on vitamin K2 but the pattern is familiar.

Underdosing and tolerance are indistinguishable from the inside, and everyone picks the flattering explanation.

What is the first thing you would read if you were starting from zero?

A plausible mechanism is not an outcome, and this class is the textbook example.

Reconstitution arithmetic is only half the problem. The other half is what was in the vial. Same for me with vitamin K2, unfortunately.

This board overrates bloodwork. A number moving is not the outcome you wanted. Accumulation worry was my main issue with vitamin K2 too.

Name the active ingredient, not just the brand. It makes these threads searchable years later.

Cold storage, light protection, date on the vial. Boring, removes half the variables. Accumulation worry was my main issue with vitamin K2 too.
