Bloodwork question about vitamin B12. Baseline, two years in, and the numbers moved in a direction I did not expect.
The animal data is stronger than the human data and the human data is not nothing, it is just small.
The effect size I actually noticed is roughly a third of what the write-ups imply, and it took two years to be sure.
Where does the human data stop and the extrapolation start?
