Bloodwork question about psyllium husk. Baseline, a year in, and the numbers moved in a direction I did not expect. Two weeks is not enough time to attribute anything to a compound unless the effect is dramatic.

Sterility is the part people wave through and it is the part that actually bites. Tolerance was my main issue with psyllium husk too.

How long before you can reasonably say something is or is not doing anything?

Stupid question: how do you know whether what is in the vial matches the label at all?

What is the first thing you would read if you were starting from zero?

Is a baseline blood test really necessary before starting something like this?

Cold storage, light protection, date on the vial. Boring, removes half the variables.

Sleep, food, or the compound? Yes.

Test one thing at a time. It feels slower and it is the only way to learn anything.
