Reading the rules again and a search improvement is the bit that is least clear.
Linking a regulator beats linking a blog, and it is not close.
It is one of those things that is obvious once written down and invisible before.
The short version is that the rule exists because of a specific pattern of posts.
Would a sticky help, or is that overkill?
