A first order, Portugal to Portugal, 37 days door to door.

Response to an email came in under a day and answered the actual question.

A substitution without prior notice is defensible when it is the same molecule and dose, but consent should come first.

Nothing here was paid for or gifted.

Following this because I am in the same place and have no idea what to ask at the appointment.

Ten percent cuts, of the current dose not the original. That is the arithmetic that keeps it survivable.

Sorry for the basic question, but how do you actually start one of these diaries?

Changing prescriber does not reset anything, and people discover that the hard way. Same for me with a first order, unfortunately.

Everyone here blames the drug. Half the time it is the appointment schedule, not the molecule.

Ten percent cuts. Slower is faster.

Access to mugs should be on the clinical questionnaire.
