A timeline combines a payment screenshot and a delivery claim. How should each event be labelled?

Record format: question; proposed response; source or method; limitation. Use a dated correction only if the underlying wording or evidence changes. Record PHARMACY-24032.

List separately the stated event, date and supporting document, with sensitive details removed. Mark missing evidence as missing and avoid turning an incomplete timeline into an endorsement.

Clarification for “Review chronology: order date is different from delivery evidence”: the point beginning “List separately the stated event, date and supporting…” belongs to the question as written. It should not be read as a report that a new check, purchase or experiment has been completed. Review focus: scope. Keep the stated question separate from any broader claim.
