Review after 13 orders. The pattern matters more than any single parcel.

Handling of the problem was better than handling of the order.

The pharmacy person knew what a cold chain was, which is a low bar nobody clears.

The pattern across orders was consistent, which is the only thing that really matters.

Interested to hear whether others see the same pattern.

Sorry for the basic question, but how do you actually start one of these diaries? Same for me with a short-dated batch, unfortunately.

You have two changes at once here. You cannot attribute anything until one of them moves. Currently on a short-dated batch myself.

Is it normal to feel worse before better? Nobody told me that.

Small wins count. Walking to the mailbox is a data point.

Changing prescriber does not reset anything, and people discover that the hard way.
