Full disclosure first, then the detail.

Dispatch notification arrived before the parcel, which is the correct order of operations.

Prices moved once and I was told before ordering rather than after.

Will update the thread if anything changes.

Sorry for the basic question, but how do you actually start one of these diaries? How long have you been on a pharmacist call?

My pharmacist has become my actual doctor and I am at peace with it. Side effects was my main issue with a pharmacist call too.

Ten percent cuts, of the current dose not the original. That is the arithmetic that keeps it survivable. How long have you been on a pharmacist call?

It gets smaller. Not easy, smaller. That distinction kept me going.

You are not imagining it and you are not being difficult. Document it and take the document in.

Changing prescriber does not reset anything, and people discover that the hard way.

The pain score conversation is thirty seconds of my life I will never get back, every time. Side effects was my main issue with a pharmacist call too.

Following this because I am in the same place and have no idea what to ask at the appointment.
