Review after 12 orders. The pattern matters more than any single parcel.

The pharmacy person knew what a cold chain was, which is a low bar nobody clears.

Prices moved once and I was told before ordering rather than after.

Response to an email came in under a day and answered the actual question.

Will update the thread if anything changes.

Ten percent cuts, of the current dose not the original. That is the arithmetic that keeps it survivable.

Bring a list. Embarrassment makes everyone forget things, including you.

Changing prescriber does not reset anything, and people discover that the hard way.

Ask for the longer appointment slot. Ten minutes is not enough for a complex history and pretending otherwise wastes both your time. A fortnight in on a short-dated batch and it lines up.

It gets smaller. Not easy, smaller. That distinction kept me going.

My pharmacist has become my actual doctor and I am at peace with it.

I would stop trying to convey how bad it is and start saying what you want them to do.

Reference ranges differ between labs, so comparing two reports is close to meaningless.
