Small thing that made a difference for me with a phone alarm.

Ask for the longer appointment slot. Ten minutes is not enough for a complex history and pretending otherwise wastes both your time. Side effects was my main issue with a phone alarm too.

Same here.

How long have you been on a phone alarm?

How do you tell the difference between the drug working and just a good week? How long have you been on a phone alarm?

Fifteen years of this and the function column is the only one that changed anything for me. Also, one page of history, printed, handed over at the start. It changes the appointment.

How do you tell the difference between the drug working and just a good week? Not on a phone alarm but the pattern is familiar.

Interdose restlessness is distinct from the original symptom and worth naming separately.
