Long post, sorry. Sermorelin: what actually has human evidence behind it, and what is extrapolation from animals?

Mechanism is not outcome, and a plausible pathway is the most expensive kind of evidence there is.

Forum consensus and published consensus diverged here about five years ago and never reconverged.

Tolerance and underdosing look identical from the inside, which is why the answer is usually a blood test and not more forums.

Cold storage, light protection, and a date on the vial. Boring, and it removes half the variables.

Anyone got a paper worth reading on this rather than a write-up of a paper?

Test one thing at a time. It feels slower and it is the only way to learn anything.

Log dose, time and sleep. Ten seconds a day and it turns the anecdote into something you can look at.

A certificate of analysis answers one question and gets quoted as though it answers four.

Stupid question: how do you know whether what is in the vial matches the label at all? How long have you been on sermorelin?
