Long post, sorry. Retatrutide: what actually has human evidence behind it, and what is extrapolation from animals?
How long before you can reasonably say something is or is not doing anything?
A plausible mechanism is not an outcome, and this class is the textbook example.
Test one thing at a time. It feels slower and it is the only way to learn anything.

Loose evidence is not nothing, but a washout either side is the only reason to trust your own take.
Sterility is the part people wave through and it is the part that actually bites. Not on retatrutide but the pattern is familiar.
Where does the human data stop and the extrapolation begin? That is the whole thread. Same for me with retatrutide, unfortunately.
Read methods.
Same here.
An inconclusive account is useful if it stops the next person mistaking a story for a controlled comparison.
