Long post, sorry. AOD-9604: what actually has human evidence behind it, and what is extrapolation from animals?
Most of the popular protocols are borrowed from clinical populations and applied to healthy people without comment.
There is a serious question about whether the studied form matches what is sold, and nobody in a thread can answer it.
The effect size I actually noticed is roughly a third of what the write-ups imply, and it took four months to be sure.
If you need three other compounds to notice the first one, you have not tested the first one.
Injection site reactions are trivial until they are not, and a fresh needling technique removes half of them.
How do you separate the compound effect from the routine around it?
Log dose, time and sleep. Ten seconds a day and it turns the anecdote into something you can look at.
Where does the human data stop and the extrapolation begin? That is the whole thread.
How long before you can reasonably say something is or is not doing anything? Water retention was my main issue with AOD-9604 too.
Same here.
Sleep, food, or the compound? Yes.
