Bloodwork question about CJC-1295. Baseline, four months in, and the numbers moved in a direction I did not expect. The effect size I actually noticed is roughly a third of what the write-ups imply, and it took four months to be sure.
An inconclusive account is useful if it stops the next person mistaking a story for a controlled comparison. Same for me with CJC-1295, unfortunately.
This board overrates bloodwork. A number moving is not the outcome you wanted.
What is the first thing you would read if you were starting from zero?
A plausible mechanism is not an outcome, and this class is the textbook example.
Log dose, time and sleep. Ten seconds a day and it turns the anecdote into something you can look at.
How long before you can reasonably say something is or is not doing anything?
What is the first thing you would read if you were starting from zero?
Same here.
