Long post, sorry. Bremelanotide (PT-141): what actually has human evidence behind it, and what is extrapolation from animals?

Tolerance and underdosing look identical from the inside, which is why the answer is usually a blood test and not more forums.

Forum consensus and published consensus diverged here about five years ago and never reconverged.

Would like a narrow answer rather than an enthusiastic one.

Sleep, food, or the compound? Yes.

Stupid question: how do you know whether what is in the vial matches the label at all?

This board overrates bloodwork. A number moving is not the outcome you wanted. Fatigue was my main issue with PT-141 too.

Most of what is called evidence here is one person, one vial, one month.

Reconstitution arithmetic is only half the problem. The other half is what was in the vial.

Test one thing at a time. It feels slower and it is the only way to learn anything.
