I have been running TB-500 for two years and the honest summary is that the effect is smaller than the internet suggests and real.
Baseline first. Without a baseline the after picture is decoration.
Sample size, blinding, and who paid for it. Those three questions kill most of the confidence in most of these threads.
Animal data is much of what exists here and the human stuff is thin and small.
Happy to be corrected on any of the above.
How long before you can reasonably say something is or is not doing anything? How long have you been on TB-500?
Test one thing at a time. It feels slower and it is the only way to learn anything.
Three questions kill most of the confidence in a thread like this: sample size, blinding, who paid.
Same here.
Currently on TB-500 myself.
Stupid question: how do you know whether what is in the vial matches the label at all?
Is a baseline blood test really necessary before starting something like this?
Underdosing and tolerance are indistinguishable from the inside, and everyone picks the flattering explanation.
Where does the human data stop and the extrapolation begin? That is the whole thread. Not on TB-500 but the pattern is familiar.
Narrow conclusion, briefly right. Broad conclusion, interestingly wrong. I know which I keep choosing. How long have you been on TB-500?
Read methods.
Baseline first.
Nobody has ever been talked out of a stack by a stranger on the internet.
