Three questions kill most of the confidence in a thread like this: sample size, blinding, who paid.
Is a baseline blood test really necessary before starting something like this?
Read methods.
Narrow conclusion, briefly right. Broad conclusion, interestingly wrong. I know which I keep choosing.
What is the first thing you would read if you were starting from zero? Currently on PT-141 myself.
Most of the popular protocol is borrowed from a clinical population and applied to healthy people without comment.
Sterility is the part people wave through and it is the part that actually bites.
Name the active ingredient, not just the brand. It makes these threads searchable years later.
Most of what is called evidence here is one person, one vial, one month.

Baseline first.
If it needs three other compounds to notice, you have not tested the first one.
Stupid question: how do you know whether what is in the vial matches the label at all?
An inconclusive account is useful if it stops the next person mistaking a story for a controlled comparison.
Test one thing at a time. It feels slower and it is the only way to learn anything. Not on PT-141 but the pattern is familiar.
