Trying to separate three different claims about semaglutide: that it is the right molecule, that it is the right dose, and that it does something useful. Mechanism is not outcome, and a plausible pathway is the most expensive kind of evidence there is.

Read methods. How long have you been on semaglutide?

Most of what is called evidence here is one person, one vial, one month. Currently on semaglutide myself.

Read the methods section. It is the only part that says whether the conclusion is allowed to exist.

Narrow conclusion, briefly right. Broad conclusion, interestingly wrong. I know which I keep choosing.
