I have been running BPC-157 for a fortnight and the honest summary is that the effect is smaller than the internet suggests and real.
Sample size, blinding, and who paid for it. Those three questions kill most of the confidence in most of these threads.
Loose evidence is not the same as no evidence and people overcorrect in both directions.
There is a serious question about whether the studied form matches what is sold, and nobody in a thread can answer it.
Injection site reactions are trivial until they are not, and a fresh needling technique removes half of them.
Willing to accept that my own experience is the weakest evidence in the room.
If it needs three other compounds to notice, you have not tested the first one.
A plausible mechanism is not an outcome, and this class is the textbook example. A fortnight in on BPC-157 and it lines up.
This board overrates bloodwork. A number moving is not the outcome you wanted. Injection site reaction was my main issue with BPC-157 too.
Baseline first.
