Trying to separate three different claims about liraglutide: that it is the right molecule, that it is the right dose, and that it does something useful.

An inconclusive account is useful if it stops the next person mistaking a story for a controlled comparison.
A plausible mechanism is not an outcome, and this class is the textbook example.
How long before you can reasonably say something is or is not doing anything? Same for me with liraglutide, unfortunately.
If it needs three other compounds to notice, you have not tested the first one. Two years in on liraglutide and it lines up.

Is a baseline blood test really necessary before starting something like this? Appetite loss was my main issue with liraglutide too.
