Long post, sorry. BPC-157: what actually has human evidence behind it, and what is extrapolation from animals?
Most of the popular protocols are borrowed from clinical populations and applied to healthy people without comment.
Cold storage, light protection, and a date on the vial. Boring, and it removes half the variables.
Two weeks is not enough time to attribute anything to a compound unless the effect is dramatic.
Animal data is much of what exists here and the human stuff is thin and small.
The interesting question is not whether it works but for whom and at what cost.
This board overrates bloodwork. A number moving is not the outcome you wanted.
Baseline first.
Same here.
Three questions kill most of the confidence in a thread like this: sample size, blinding, who paid.
Narrow conclusion. Fatigue was my main issue with BPC-157 too.
Same here.
Narrow conclusion.
