Ordered from Australia for the first time and the prepaid card payment triggered every fraud check the bank has.
The address matters more than the contents after a while, and nobody warns you about that.
The reference number on the letter is the only way anyone will find the file again, so it goes in the subject line of everything.
Anyone had this route work recently, or is it closed for now?

The address matters more than the contents eventually. Changing what you order when the address is flagged changes nothing. How long have you been on a credit card?

Same here.
Side effects was my main issue with a credit card too.

Fees like that are charged by the carrier, not the state, which is why they are hard to contest.
