Ordered from Ireland for the first time and the credit card payment triggered every fraud check the bank has.

Australia Post scans are generated at the hub, so a silent tracking page is not evidence of a problem for the first 32 days.

The published rule and the enforcement pattern are different documents and only one of them affects your parcel.

Filing the paperwork early is worth more than arguing later about whose fault it was.

Chargeback windows are shorter than people think and the clock starts at the transaction, not at the complaint.

Anyone had this route work recently, or is it closed for now?

File early. The window is shorter than people think and it starts at the transaction. Not on a fee on the statement but the pattern is familiar.

What do you do about the fee? Do you just pay it?
