Got a letter from the customs office about a parcel from Turkey. Reading it carefully before I do anything.
The published rule and the enforcement pattern are different documents and only one of them affects your parcel.
The reference number on the letter is the only way anyone will find the file again, so it goes in the subject line of everything.
The three month rule is cumulative across parcels in more places than people realise.
