PostNL has held my parcel for 24 days with no scan. Is that normal for this route or should I start the process?
The published rule and the enforcement pattern are different documents and only one of them affects your parcel.
Chargeback windows are shorter than people think and the clock starts at the transaction, not at the complaint.
The reference number on the letter is the only way anyone will find the file again, so it goes in the subject line of everything.
Curious what other people do differently here.
