UPS has held my parcel for 19 days with no scan. Is that normal for this route or should I start the process?
The reference number on the letter is the only way anyone will find the file again, so it goes in the subject line of everything.
What changed my experience was splitting orders rather than ordering larger and less often.
The credit card route gives you recourse and the transfer route gives you a lower price. Pick which you actually want.
How long would you wait before starting the process?
What do you do about the fee? Do you just pay it? Tolerance was my main issue with a declined payment too.
Photograph everything.
Written confirmation email after every phone call. Cheapest insurance there is.
