Ordered from Poland for the first time and the credit card payment triggered every fraud check the bank has.

What changed my experience was splitting orders rather than ordering larger and less often.

Customs handling fees are charged by the carrier, not the state, which is why they are so hard to contest.

Interested in the boring correct answer.

Photograph everything before you open it. Ten seconds, settles most disputes.

Be careful reading one parcel as a rule. Two successes build a false model.

File early. The window is shorter than people think and it starts at the transaction. How long have you been on a chargeback?

“Dispatched” means the label was printed. That is the entire meaning of the word. Same for me with a chargeback, unfortunately.
