Got a letter from the customs office about a parcel from the United States. Reading it carefully before I do anything.
What I have learned is that the 34 day mark is the point to start the process, not the point to panic.
The three month rule is cumulative across parcels in more places than people realise.
Filing the paperwork early is worth more than arguing later about whose fault it was.
Curious what other people do differently here.
