Trying to work out whether Thailand is workable at the moment, because the rules I find online contradict each other.
Declarations that contradict the return address are the ones that get opened.
The three month rule is cumulative across parcels in more places than people realise.
Customs handling fees are charged by the carrier, not the state, which is why they are so hard to contest.
Would rather do this properly than quickly.
