Refund question. Order was short by one item and the shop wants a photo before doing anything.
The returns address and the contact address are often different and only one of them is a real building.
A written confirmation email after every phone call is the cheapest insurance there is.
What I have learned is that the 7 day mark is the point to start the process, not the point to panic.
Happy to hear I am overthinking it.
