Bloodwork question about alpha-GPC. Baseline, a year in, and the numbers moved in a direction I did not expect.
Sample size, blinding, and who paid for it. Those three questions kill most of the confidence in most of these threads.
Vivid dreams and mild headache for the first 14 days, then nothing. Textbook for this class, apparently.
What would change your mind about this?

Is a baseline blood test really necessary before starting something like this? Same for me with alpha-GPC, unfortunately.
