Trying to separate three different claims about noopept: that it is the right molecule, that it is the right dose, and that it does something useful.
Baseline first. Without a baseline the after picture is decoration.
The measured outcome and the hoped-for outcome are rarely the same thing in these threads.
Most of the popular protocols are borrowed from clinical populations and applied to healthy people without comment.
What surprised me is how much of the perceived benefit was routine and attention rather than pharmacology.
What is the strongest human evidence anyone here has actually read, not skimmed?

Narrow conclusion, briefly right. Broad conclusion, interestingly wrong. I know which I keep choosing.
