Is anyone else getting mild sedation from lion mane? It reads like a known thing in the literature and is oddly absent from the popular write-ups.
What the botanical class does pharmacologically does not require the subjective effect to be large to be real.
I would rather have a narrow conclusion and be right than a broad one and be interesting.
Standardisation matters more than dose with botanicals, and most products say nothing about it.
The interesting question is not whether it works but for whom and at what cost.
Narrow conclusion, briefly right. Broad conclusion, interestingly wrong. I know which I keep choosing. Not on lion mane but the pattern is familiar.
Same here.

This board overrates bloodwork. A number moving is not the outcome you wanted.
