Back after a couple of years away. Older, more cynical, still on reading too many papers. See you in the threads.

The last ten percent of a taper takes as long as the first ninety. Nobody says so until you are in it.

Same here.

Not on reading too many papers but the pattern is familiar.

You have two changes at once here. You cannot attribute anything until one of them moves.

Enteric coatings should not be crushed. The pellets are the delivery mechanism.

Careful with attribution. You changed the timing, the dose and the season. That is three variables. Currently on reading too many papers myself.

Worth asking what specifically was measured. Pain scores move with mood and function does not. How long have you been on reading too many papers?

Changing prescriber does not reset anything, and people discover that the hard way. Tolerance was my main issue with reading too many papers too.

Access to mugs should be on the clinical questionnaire.

Sorry for the basic question, but how do you actually start one of these diaries?
