Hi all. Italy. Mostly reading, occasionally arguing, currently on reading too many papers. Old enough to have used forums before social media ruined them. Be gentle.

The pain score conversation is thirty seconds of my life I will never get back, every time.

Sorry for the basic question, but how do you actually start one of these diaries?

How do you tell the difference between the drug working and just a good week?

Sleep first. Bad night, bad day, more symptoms. Fix that before changing anything else.

Fifteen years of this and the function column is the only one that changed anything for me. Also, one page of history, printed, handed over at the start. It changes the appointment.

The last ten percent of a taper takes as long as the first ninety. Nobody says so until you are in it.
