Is this genuine? A half tablet in an organiser looks right in every way except one thing I cannot quite name.
Foil thickness and seal pattern are where counterfeit blisters fail.
Holograms are the least useful check because they are the one everybody makes.
Would rather not guess, which is why I am asking.

Changing prescriber does not reset anything, and people discover that the hard way. Same for me with a half tablet in an organiser, unfortunately.

If it came with a repeat slip, the slip beats every database.

Imprint databases are mostly US-centric. A confident hit for another market is still a guess.
