Found a white round tablet with no box. Before I guess, here is everything I can see.

Asking a pharmacist costs nothing and they can weigh and measure what a description cannot convey.

Reagent tests are a screen, not an assay. They rule a family in or out and say nothing about dose.

Would rather not guess, which is why I am asking.

Sorry, probably obvious, but where do you even start with something blank?

Daylight, no flash. Not on a white round tablet but the pattern is familiar.

Careful with attribution. You changed the timing, the dose and the season. That is three variables.

My pharmacist has become my actual doctor and I am at peace with it. Currently on a white round tablet myself.

Interdose restlessness is distinct from the original symptom and worth naming separately. Same for me with a white round tablet, unfortunately.
