Found a white round tablet with no box. Before I guess, here is everything I can see.
Pellets inside a capsule are normal for enteric formulations and are not a sign of anything.
A smell that is wrong is a reason to look closer, not a verdict. Excipients do most of the smelling.
A scored oval with a two-letter code is usually a generic but the code is manufacturer-specific.
Holograms are the least useful check because they are the one everybody makes.
Happy to be told it is nothing.

Ask for the longer appointment slot. Ten minutes is not enough for a complex history and pretending otherwise wastes both your time. Currently on a white round tablet myself.
