A coated tablet with no imprint. Scored, no imprint, and it is supposed to be my blood pressure medication.
A batch number and an expiry that are almost up on a new purchase usually means the box was copied.
The same imprint exists in several markets for different products, so country matters more than the database.
Light quality ruins more identification photos than anything else. Daylight, no flash.
Would rather not guess, which is why I am asking.

Small wins count. Walking to the mailbox is a data point.

Pharmacist. Two minutes. Not on a coated tablet with no imprint but the pattern is familiar.

Worth repeating that this is not medical advice and the answer often depends on who you are.
