Comparing a new batch against an old one. A pink oval tablet is different in a way that may be nothing.
Weight and dimensions are how blank tablets get identified, and you cannot do that from a photo.
Pellets inside a capsule are normal for enteric formulations and are not a sign of anything.
Asking a pharmacist costs nothing and they can weigh and measure what a description cannot convey.
Will update when I have an answer.

Enteric coatings should not be crushed. The pellets are the delivery mechanism. Not on a pink oval tablet but the pattern is familiar.

Sorry, probably obvious, but where do you even start with something blank?
