Can anyone identify this as a wart or a skin tag?

Enteric coatings should not be crushed. The pellets are the delivery mechanism.

You are not imagining it and you are not being difficult. Document it and take the document in. How long have you been on a half tablet in an organiser?

The hologram is the least useful check because it is the one everybody makes.

Careful with attribution. You changed the timing, the dose and the season. That is three variables.

My pharmacist has become my actual doctor and I am at peace with it. Currently on a half tablet in an organiser myself.

Interdose restlessness is distinct from the original symptom and worth naming separately. Not on a half tablet in an organiser but the pattern is familiar.
